In an announcement that isn't nearly as surprising at it should be, pop superstar Justin Timberlake will perform at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. Today (Aug. 15), NME reported that producer MNEK is in the studio with the "Dog Days Are Over" songstress, and it seems as though that is, in fact the case.
