Tom Brady's suspension has officially been thrown out by Judge Richard M. Berman in the court case following the New England Patriots' starting QB's involvement in "DeflateGate." According to the ruling, the NFL did not handle his punishment well and therefore the 4-game suspension had to be nullified by the court.
