Reports confirm that rapper 2 Chainz was arrested in Maryland on Valentine's Day evening (Feb. 14) and charged with marijuana and paraphernalia possession. The 35-year-old hip-hop star was slapped with a citation and promptly released, but not before the arresting officers asked him to pose for a picture... 2 Chainz later hit up Twitter, claiming that the cops were just "fu##in' with a ni##a."
