Ok, a bit of a primer. Beyonce doesn't like cameras at the Mrs. Carter Show World tour. Additionally, during each set, she fly via harness over to a more intimate stage to sing a few songs and get up close and personal with a couple of lucky fans. Bey sings "Irreplaceable" and passes on the"To the left/ to the left" duties to people gathered around the stage. Let me start off by laying it all on the table: I have never been a Beyonce fan. Therefore, I am not the target audience for the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour (essentially a greatest hits album brought to life, as Bey hasn't dropped a new album). That being said, I have never felt such a sense of soul-shattering, voice-stealing awe as I did when Mrs. Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter popped out of the stage a mere 10 feet from where I was standing, on a stage the size of a city block (depicted above).
