Earlier this month, Beyonce was forced to cancel her "Mrs. Carter Show" world tour pit-stop in Belgium for "exhaustion and dehydration." Of course, this only fueled ongoing rumors that Queen Bey is pregnant with Jay-Z's second baby. But now, Beyonce claims that her health issues don't have anything to do with morning sickness - she was actually diagnosed with tonsillitis back in April. In an exclusive behind-the-scenes video clip, the "Bow Down" songstress admits, "I'm actually quite nervous because... I was diagnosed with tonsillitis." Although Bey's hasn't flat-out DENIED the baby bump rumors, she did recently post a message on Instagram that states, "I can't stop the rumors from starting... all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."
