Amanda Bynes is once again going after some celebrities on her Twitter account, this time aiming an insult at pop star Miley Cyrus! She even gets in another jab at rapper Drake, too. Last week the 27-year-old former child actress recanted her previous obsession with the young rapper by calling him ugly, deleting her tweet and then confirming the original tweet with a new one that read: "I won't deny calling @drake ugly."
