American designer Prabal Gurung launched his first beauty collaboration with MAC Cosmetics. Gurung chose Paris during Haute Couture Fashion Week to introduce his new project in July. The Singapore-born, Nepal-bred designer launched his eponymous label in 2009, which is also when he began joining forces with MAC for the beauty side of his runway equation. "This is the first time MAC is doing a collaboration at such a luxe level, and we thought it was perfect because it's so intimate," Gurung explains in his regal South-Asian-meets-British accent.
