In music news that is rather strange, the handler and manager for Metallica and the Red Hot Chili Peppers has come out and said he wants to spank pop star Justin Bieber. The association of the Justin Bieber with the manager for Metallica is strange enough, but saying he would spank the "Boyfriend" singer to get him in line takes weird to a whole new level.
