It was a scary day for Jill Zarin last week as the former star of 'The Real Housewives of New York City' was involved in a car accident. On Friday October 2, the reality star was part of a multiple car crash pile-up in the afternoon, and was rushed to the hospital after sustaining injuries. Zarin was reportedly unconscious at the scene and was then taken to the hospital for evaluation, where she was thankfully not too badly hurt, but had sustained some small injuries from the incident.
