FIFA president Sepp Blatter was interrupted by British comedian Lee Nelson on Monday in the middle of a press conference on organization reforms. Nelson, who wore a suit and apparently announced himself as a North Korean World Cup delegate, went up to Blatter and made it rain on him with a stack of fake dollar bills as security closed in on him. This week several high-ranking FIFA executives were arrested by Swiss authorities in a hotel room by the Alps. The group was brought in on conspiracy charges. After the sting FIFA President Sepp Blatter claimed his innocence but Swiss authorities will still be going after him. As of now, they're investigating the votes for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. The Swiss Attorney General's office is currently carrying out a criminal probe into how the tournaments were granted to Russia and Qatar. Read More »
