The second episode of Cinemax's The Knick continued to open up the world of a 1900 hospital that has some of the most interesting cast of characters you can get into one show. The Knick already received a second season renewal, most likely due to the man helming the series: director Steven Soderbergh, but the story of a groundbreaking hospital in 1900 has plenty for audiences.
