Last night was the premiere of One Direction: This Is Us but Niall Horan was not seen with a date on the red carpet or heading to the after party. In fact, Horan spent his night on Twitter thanking his fans while his band mates (aside from Harry Styles) enjoyed time with their significant others. In a new interview with BBC News, documentarian Morgan Spurlock explained the reasoning behind his decision to make a One Direction concert film that also focused on the singers' lives outside of their boy band.
