After almost 30 years of being devoted to the Church of Scientology, actor Tom Cruise is leaving his religion behind to become a more loving and present parent to daughter Suri Cruise, 9. Suri spends most of her time with mother Katie Holmes, who is divorced from Cruise. Reportedly, Cruise video chats and talks to Suri on the phone but "it's just not the same."
