A little less than a week after Meek Mill protégé Lil Snupe was laid to rest, a second arrest has been made in the murder of the 18-year-old rising Louisiana rapper. In a statement from Winnfield City Police Department issued to MStars, Lieutenant Charles Curry said the following: "On July 3, Winnfield Police booked Edrick O. According to a press release from the Winnfield City Police Department, Tony Holden turned himself into authorities at 10:15 a.m. "Winnfield's Chief of Police Johnny Ray Carpenter and Assistant Chief Russell Jones were able to take Holden into custody without incident," said Charles Curry from the police department.
