On February 10, comedian Jon Stewart announced that he was leaving The Daily Show after an amazing 17-year run. Following the announcement, many were wondering just why in the hell he would leave the Comedy Central vehicle, especially when it appeared that his reign as top political satirist never faltered. With all the news surrounding comedian Trevor Noah and the announcement that he'll be taking over for Daily Show host Jon Stewart once he leaves his coveted Comedy Central seat, it looks like the main thing people are asking is: Who is this guy? And, well, maybe it's okay that none of us are too aware of the South African comedian. While far from obscurity, perhaps it's not such a bad thing that the soon-to-be face of "The Best F#@king News Team Ever" isn't a household name... yet. Whenever a late night talk show host leaves their position it seems the Internet goes crazy thinking up preposterous lists that put together a group of people who "We Think Should Be..." the next host. Most of it happens within hours of the host's announcement, and most of them are absolutely ridiculous. For example, we've seen lists with the likes of Louis C.K. Amy Poehler, Amy Schumer, Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, and so many more attached since Stewart's announcement.
