In posts on her social media accounts, Leah wanted all the doubters to know she and Jeremy are back together. "I'm pretty sure I told everyone we did not split up.. Maybe some people will believe me. love you all," she wrote on Twitter. "I couldn't have imagined spending my New Year with anyone else!
