By Larry Abuliak |

In this week's Homeland recap of Season 4, Episode 7, titled "Redux," there's a shocking return no one sees coming. But first, the woman from ISI/Pakistani Intelligence is buying pills to use for an unknown purpose. We are then taken to the arrival of CIA Director Lockhart at the U.S. embassy in Pakistan after learning about Saul's abduction. He meets with the ambassador who then introduces him to John and reacquaints him with Quinn. He asks about what happened with Carrie in the control room, but Quinn stands up for her and says she made a hard-line decision to strike at Haqqani and Saul. The director is thankful Quinn overruled her. When asked where she is, Quinn says she's in her room upset, but the director tells him to get her. But we should've known better because this is Carrie we're talking about. She's not in her room but at the secret office working with Max and Fara to find out who the nurse is who gave Aayan the drugs to give to his uncle and what they were for. Quinn goes to Carrie's apartment to look for her, but of course she's not there. He calls her to tell her Lockhart's looking for her so she says she's on her way, but not before Max finds out who the nurse is. When Quinn leaves, we see Professor Boyd hiding in the apartment. By Larry Abuliak |

In this week's "Survivor," the trail mix goes missing, but first we're back at Coyopa's camp, where revelations are flying thick and fast. Missy tells Keith the only reason she and her daughter Baylor wrote his name down at tribal was so they could flush out the immunity idol in case Dale had it. As a result, Keith says in his interview that he doesn't trust them anymore. Over at Hunahpu, they receive tree mail that says they're going to merge tribes. Josh is not happy they weren't able to get Jeremy out before the merge, but he thinks they'll be able to do so after the merger. Jeremy says that while Reed and Josh ran their tribe, it's time for him to "take them out." Both tribes come together and as a reward a huge spread of food is provided, one that everyone duly enjoys. Julie reflects that she misses John after seeing everyone with their loved ones together. The survivors bring the food and to their new camp, and now the new game has started. The tribes decide their new name is "Huyopa" as a combination of their former tribes, and Jeremy takes no time in getting his alliance together, wanting to get Jon, Jaclyn, Missy and Baylor to vote out Josh. For his part, Josh does the same, angling to get enough numbers to dispose of Jeremy. Read More »

‘Mindy Project’ Recap: 'Caramel Princess Time' Reveals Issue Deeper Than Lateness

By Johnni Macke |

"The Mindy Project" returned Tuesday, Nov. 4, with a new episode, and it was funny as usual. "Caramel Princess Time" is all about being on time — or, rather, the fact that Mindy Lahiri is never on time. The episode begins with Danny waiting at a movie theater for Mindy as she lies about her location. By the time Mindy shows up "The Godfather 2," is sold out and Danny is not happy. The next morning, Mindy is late to work and it pushes Danny over the edge. Meanwhile at work, Dr. Fishman tells Danny he should go to therapy because of his outburst — the one time she saw him pretending to kill himself because of his Mindy problems. He turns her down saying, he doesn't have any issues he needs to work out. In the romance department this week, Tamra and Morgan set up Peter on a blind date with Tamra's friend Abby ("Fargo's" Allison Tolman), whom she describes as her twin. Peter's really excited, but when he shows up at the restaurant and sees a white and not-so-thin woman, he's disappointed. Read More »
