There are only a few months to go before the release of Captain America: Civil War, and fans are already hoping for a glimpse of the new Spider-Man in the superhero movie. Now it looks like we have our first look at Tom Holland on the set of Captain America 3, and it definitely has some hints on what could happen in the film!
The guys at io9 have just come across a tweet from Louis D'Esposito, which features a photo of the Marvel co-president with Holland on the set of Civil War. It appears like the two are sitting in one of the Avengers' QuinJets, which is set against a green background. D'Esposito added the caption, "I run into @TomHolland1996 in the craziest places."

So what exactly does the photo suggest? Holland appears to have a bruise over his left eye, which possibly implies that Spider-Man gets into a lot of action that may leave him with some minor injuries. In addition to that, he might even get to pilot one of the QuinJets and join the Avengers at one point of the film.
But will Holland's Peter Parker be on Team Captain America? Or will he fight on Iron Man's side? In the comic books, Spider-Man is with Tony Stark, who provides the young webslinger with a new suit. There is a possibility that Civil War will follow much of the comic book's storyline, although there have been speculations that both Spider-Man and Ant-Man will not be a part of the fight.
Captain America: Civil War is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, who will also direct the highly anticipated Spider-Man solo film. Civil War hits theaters on May 6 while the yet-untitled Spider-Man movie is scheduled for release in 2017.
