Ian McShane Drops Jon Snow SPOILER For 'Game of Thrones' Season 6? [WATCH]

British actor Ian McShane, who was signed on to play the role of Mr. Wednesday in the TV series adaptation of Neil Gaiman's award-winning novel American Gods talked about the upcoming Season 6 of Game of Thrones and accidently dropped some major spoilers that reveal about Jon Snow.

Before the start of American Gods' production, McShane has to play a smaller role in the Season 6 of Game of Thrones. In a recent interview with BBC Breakfast, McShane revealed few interesting stuff about the Westeros and the part he will be portraying in the upcoming season.

According to Vanity Fair, the casting call for McShane's role in GoT as a "Priest, in his 40s or 50s. A gruff ex-soldier who found religion. Now a no-nonsense rural priest who ministers to the poor of the countryside. He's salt-of-the-earth man who has weathered many battles."

Watchers on the Wall, the official community for GoT's fan-transcribed McShane's interview at BBC Breakfast as:

"My character really is like an ex-warrior who's become a peacenik, so I have a group of peaceful ... sort of a cult who ... I bring back a much-loved character who everybody thinks is dead."

Is this means that he will bring back Snow from the dead? Well, one has to wait for April to see the premiere of the Season 6 of Game of Thrones.

In other major news, McShane will be seen in the role of Mr. Wednesday, a charismatic con man who couples with the story's protagonist Shadow Mood on a journey across America. Gaiman broke the news to the millions of book fans via his official Twitter account. In a series of tweets, Gaiman first tweeted about the day and then he finally revealed the news. According to Variety, the production of American Gods will begin in April in Toronto and the pilot episode will be directed by David Slade.

The Season 6 of Game of Thrones premieres on April 24, 2016.
