For the past couple of episodes of Agents of SHIELD, HYDRA head Gideon Malick (Powers Boothe) has been mostly absent, as has his recent acquisition and endlessly creepy Inhuman, Hive, formerly known as Grant Ward -- but it seems the evil organization is back on full force this month! Hive and Malick's family take new protagonism in the latest clips and images with possible spoilers.
ABC and Marvel recently released new photos for the upcoming two episodes of Agents of SHIELD: this week's "Spacetime" and "Paradise Lost," airing the following week.
According to Flickering Myth, there are two clips from this week: one featuring Hive (Brett Dalton) and Malick having a discussion regarding power, and the other featuring a new Inhuman with premonitory powers, who has someone else call out for Daisy (Chloe Bennet).
"When Daisy gets a horrifying glimpse of the future, S.H.I.E.L.D. races to prove that fate is not fixed," reads the "Spacetime" synopsis.
Comic Book Resources reports that, even before this week's episode airs, Marvel has already released the first batch of pictures from next week's "Paradise Lost," where Malick and his daughter Stephanie (Bethany Joy Lenz, who already appeared on last month's episode "Parting Shot") play a larger part in the spy show once again. While it's unclear what Stephanie does, it's evident she's into the family business and even knows about the existence of Hive -- but will she protect her father from a possible fall from grace?
"S.H.I.E.L.D. hunts for information on their dangerous new enemy, and a shameful secret from Malick's past is exposed, threatening to destroy his Hydra legacy," reads the "Paradise Lost" synopsis.

While Malick has only been introduced as a major villain and HYDRA head in this season, the character had appeared in the MCU beforehand. Back in 2012's Avengers, it was revealed to be a member of the World Security Council - best known as the guys who tried to have Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury nuke Manhattan.
Agents of SHIELD episode "Spacetime" will air on ABC this Tuesday, while "Paradise Lost" will be on the network next April 12.
