'House of Cards': Season 5 Premiere On Netflix Might Fall On Trump's Inauguration Day

Many are getting frustrated as Netflix keeps its ambiguity as to when the "House of Cards" Season 5 will premiere. But the latest update suggests that the show will air on Donald Trump's Inauguration day.

Netflix just keep on dropping numerous news and information of other shows but chose to become silent regarding "House of Cards" Season 5, according to Yahoo!. Currently, there was still nothing revealed about "House of Cards" season 5 which is indeed frustrating as Netflix unveils a new installment sometime in January or February of every year.

Because of the mystery surrounding the series, Vaynshteyn's social media question on Twitter has ignited rumors about the possible release of "House of Cards" Season 5 on Jan. 20. The said date is the Inauguration Day for President-elect Donald Trump.

If the show does follow the same schedule, then new episodes are likely to be released during the same time as well. However, fans should not rejoice yet as Netflix has yet to confirm the rumors.

The upcoming season is rumored to feature the end of the relationship between Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) and Thomas Yates (Paul Spark). Frank (Kevin Spacey) showed no any issues with his wife's extramarital affairs, but this time he might actually plan to end such affair.

The greater rumor also suggests that Claire may actually be preparing to take down her husband on her own to fulfill personal ambitions. On the other hand, the other only notable news for this Season is the addition of Campbell Scott and Patricia Clarkson to the cast of "House of Cards" Season 5.
