After teasing fans about the release of the music video for her Smurfs 2 song "Ooh La La" for weeks, the clip for the new Britney Spears single finally debuted at noon today (July 11).
Opening with a movie theatre scene where Spears and her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline are seeing The Smurfs 2, Spears tells her sons, "Watch, this is the best part!" The villain of the film, Gargamel, then zaps Spears into the movie screen. The singer is shocked, but her boys think it is "cool."
What follows is four minutes of adorable family fun. Wearing a flirty crimson dress, Spears sings with the Smurfs in an enchanted mushroom forest. She stands surrounded by the three-apple tall creatures, holds Smurfette in her palm and crouches singing directly to the Smurfs.
Scenes of Spears in front of a light blue background and movie footage are interspersed between clips of her sons pointing and gawking at the movie screen.
Spears, at 31, looks as gorgeous as ever. Her figure-flattering dress highlights her curves and light makeup and flowy blonde waves make the close-ups of the pop princess simply beautiful shots.
