ABC's ‘Nashville’ Recap: “I Can’t Get Over You To Save My Life” Reveals Rayna and Luke’s Wedding Date

This week on Nashville, there is a lot of drama revolving around Rayna's upcoming wedding and it isn't just her daughter Maddie causing it.

"I Can't Get Over You To Save My Life," starts with Rayna and Luke doing a couple's photo shoot. They are quickly swept away into a meeting with both of their teams. Luke brings up picking a date and then the team chooses their wedding date. Rayna is not happy that she is being rushed to choose a date and that other people are planning it, but she doesn't say anything.

In a switch to Juliette, she is having a serious case of morning sickness. She starts to call Avery to tell him that she is pregnant but she deletes the message right away. Later on, her team searches her house for drugs and she flips out.

Back to Rayna, she tells Maddie and Daphne that she picked a date for the wedding and Maddie is pissed. It is the same weekend that she was supposed to go fishing with her father Deacon. After her talk with Maddie, Rayna calls Luke and tells him they should push the date and he freaks out on her.

Meanwhile, Zoey is feeling unimportant in Gunnar's life. She tries to convince him to write music with her but he refuses. He eventually agrees to perform with their old band at a barn party, which makes her really happy.

When they get to the barn party, Gunnar runs into an old friend named Kiley and Avery gets drunk before he hits the stage. After the show it is clear that Kiley is more than just an old friend. Zoey confronts Gunnar about it and he admits she is his first love and that he lied because he wanted Zoey to like her, because she is the only family he has left. They make up and Zoey comforts poor Gunnar.

In another part of the barn, Scarlett spots Maddie. Maddie lied to Teddy and said she was going to a BBQ when she actually went to a huge party with alcohol. Scarlett follows her outside where a creepy guy is hitting on her. Scarlett takes her home and they bond about not fitting in and expressing themselves through song.

Meanwhile on Luke's tour, Deacon's set gets cut after Luke finds out that he told Maddie that he proposed to Rayna. Deacon then meets the new back up singer, Pam, who is totally into him. When Rayna shows up in Los Angeles to surprise Luke, Deacon storms off stage.

Back to Juliette, she is also in LA but she is there for a screen test for the new film she is going to be in. She meets Noah West (played by Derek Hough) and they automatically have chemistry. They hang out after the screen test, but Juliette leaves when he tries to kiss her. She goes to Deacon's dressing room where he tells her that she needs to tell Avery everything.

Luke and Rayna make up after Luke performs his new song for her on stage. Rayna then solves their wedding date problem by pushing back the date one month and decides to combine their tours for a honeymoon tour. Rayna also meets Sadie Stone, who made her first appearance on Nashville last week. In another room, Deacon is so sad that he hooks up with Pam and Layla tries to blackmail Will into letting her perform with him.

As Will blows off steam by hooking up with his hot trainer, Layla goes to Jeff and finally takes matters into her own hands. She tells him that he will make her next record go gold or she will out Will for being gay. Usually we don't like Layla, but we hate Jeff more so this is a great moment.

Back to Juliette, she practices telling Avery that she is pregnant when she sees him get out of a car with another blonde. They are making out and she starts to cry. After Avery starts to hook up with the girl he realizes she isn't Juliette and ends up spending the night alone singing the song he wrote for Juliette.

The next day Gunnar goes to see Kylie at the diner she is working at and they start talking about the past. He finally tells her that his brother Jason was killed and they hold hands.

In the final scene, Rayna drives up to her house and sees Juliette sitting on her front steps. She gets out of the car and Juliette tells her she is the only person she can turn to. She then shows her the sonogram and announces that she is pregnant.
