Janay Palmer Keeps It Sexy, Ray Rice's Wife Workout Plan Revealed [VIDEO]

Janay Palmer has been keeping up positive vibes after facing harsh backlash for marrying spousal abuser and former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice.

Earlier this year, the world learned that Rice was fired from the Baltimore Ravens after infamously knocking out his wife, (at that time girlfriend) Janay Palmer, in an Atlantic City hotel casino on Valentines weekend.

MStars News learned that Palmer and Rice both sat down for their first real interview with NBC's Matt Lauer recently but no word has been said when that detailed chat will air.

Now since opening up her Instagram page to the public, Janay has been uploading cute photos of herself, her daughter, and her husband.

In the Instagram video, followers have learned how Mrs. Rice has been keeping her her hot figure. She showed us just how hard she workouts out with fitness coach, Mr. Greene.
