Looks like Chris Brown will be in the States for New Years Eve. MStars News has learned that the singer canceled his performance in the Philippines at the last minute after he couldn't find his passport.
Now we all know what you're thinking: Why didn't he plan ahead and get a new one? But according to Page Six, Breezy lost his passport one day before he was supposed to be traveling out of the country.
The concert promoters, Maligaya Development Corp., revealed that Brown's reps informed them Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 31, that he was still in the U.S.
"According to them, Chris Brown lost his passport the day before the scheduled event," the official statement read. "Hence despite having entered into a contract with us, Chris Brown would not be able to comply with his obligation to perform."
Brown was scheduled to perform with other musical artists at a Philippine arena in the New Year's Eve concert that is scheduled to have fireworks on display when the clock strikes midnight.
Breezy tweeted: "Due to unfortunate circumstances I can't bring in the new year with you..."

We guess Brown will be bringing in the new year with his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Karrueche Tran or maybe twerking with Amber Rose in the club.
