The addition of Peter Dinklage as the character Ghost in the hit video game Destiny was definitely a huge draw for many gamers out there, despite the impressive gameplay and the amount of money developers Bungie spent on the title, but the Game of Thrones actor has been replaced in the game's latest DLC! Entitled "The Taken King," this new addition to the popular game will have legendary gaming voice actor Nolan North taking over Ghost, which might not be too surprising to fans. Halo 5: Guardians is about to kick off a highly anticipated open Xbox One Beta testing, but this week we were treated to a brand new trailer for the game's multiplayer modes. We get to experience some gameplay footage in this new teaser, months ahead of its October 2015 release date. While gamers are pretty excited about the remake of Final Fantasy VII, there's still a brand new title in the works, Final Fantasy XV, which hasn't received a confirmed release date yet. Perhaps one of the biggest video gaming franchises has to be the Lara Croft series. A recent reboot gave the character a great new origin story, but we didn't really see any of the "raiding" that was so attractive about the first games. Well, in the upcoming Rise of the Tomb Raider video game, we'll get plenty more of Lara exploring mixed in with plenty of action. We previously got a quick look at Mirror's Edge Catalyst during the 2015 E3 events this summer, but we can thank Gamescom for premiering a 5-minute demo of the highly anticipated gameplay from DICE and EA Games. Arguably one of the biggest announcements at the 2015 E3 events earlier this summer came from FromSoftware's Microsoft press conference update revealing Dark Souls III. Angry Birds first started as quick time waster for anybody who could get their hands on a mobile device. It eventually became wildly successful and all kids under the age of 13 with an Android or Apple device became addicted to it. Now it looks like the popular franchise is moving forward in another direction because by next year we'll be seeing an Angry Birds animated movie.
