The original release date of Lady Gaga's first "Artpop" single "Applause" was supposed to come complete with a music video, iTunes release and radio unveiling. Due to leaks that happened during the same weekend as Katy Perry's new single "Roar," Mother Monster's plans were all thrown out the window. "Applause" first streamed on VEVO and YouTube, was made available on iTunes a day or two later then a lyric video for the clip popped up on Friday (Aug. 14). Though chart points have shifted slightly in the last seven days, the top 10 spots of the Hot 100 remain the same for Aug. 15 as they were last week, according to Billboard.
