On a recent episode of "Live with Kelly and Michael," popular country songstress Dolly Parton appeared on a mock segment entitled "Dishing with Dolly," where former NFL star Michael Strahan asked if it would be appropriate for him to either refer to the 66-year-old starlet as "Double D" or "Dr. Dolly." Parton immediately shot down both nicknames, but found the humor in Strahan's entertaining suggestions and managed to laugh along with Kelly Ripa and the live audience.
