Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David's 90s baby Seinfeld had a brilliant way of stepping around controversial topics and tackling them straight on in a SFW sort of way that no other sitcom could do. The perfect example would be "The Contest"––the masturbation episode in which Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer enter a contest to see who can be "master of their domain."
