Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato performed "Made in the U.S.A." at this year's Teen Choice Awards and sat together during the ceremony. The "Pom Poms" band has been teasing fans about the start of the show via social media all week. Today (July 8), the official Jonas Brothers Twitter account teased a picture of rehearsals. The black-and-white photograph shows Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas as well as their backing band sitting on an expansive wooden stage and playing instruments.
