Griffin's decision to leave the show follows co-host Giuliana Rancic's comments about Zendaya's hair at the Oscars last month. Rancic's joke that Zendaya's dreadlocks made her look like she might "smell like patchouli oil" and "weed" prompted Kelly Osbourne to quit, but apparently she wasn't the only Fashion Police co-host who felt that Rancic's comments were unacceptable.
