Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato performed "Made in the U.S.A." at this year's Teen Choice Awards and sat together during the ceremony. The two longtime friends were enjoying their time together and posing for pictures throughout the night. The Jonas Brothers Live Tour 2013 took a day off yesterday when Kevin, Nick and Joe stopped by Candaian TV program Much Music to play a few songs and discuss their tour 2013 and new fifth studio album entitled V ("Five"). The "Pom Poms" band has been teasing fans about the start of the show via social media all week. Today (July 8), the official Jonas Brothers Twitter account teased a picture of rehearsals. The black-and-white photograph shows Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas as well as their backing band sitting on an expansive wooden stage and playing instruments. Nick Jonas was injured in a charity baseball game this weekend. On Saturday, the youngest third of the Jonas Brothers participated in the Dirk Nowitzki Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game in Frisco, Texas.
