Blackouts have become a huge part of Kevin Garvey's life and it was only a matter of time that this lost time really got serious. In episode 8 of The Leftovers, that's exactly what we see. Fans of HBO's new summer mystery drama, The Leftovers, can rejoice because as it's premiere 2014 season comes to an end in a few weeks, we'll have a whole second season worth of episodes to look forward to in 2015. This week, HBO announced the renewal of the series from creators Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta, based on Perrotta's book of the same name. Episode 6 of HBO's new summer series, The Leftovers, is entitled "Guest." After watching the episode, we understood the title, and found out a lot more about the show's most interesting character, Nora Durst (Carrie Coon). Plus, we even got some Holy Wayne (Paterson Joseph) action when we least expected it! The people of Mapleton all deal with the sudden departure that occurred four years prior in different ways, but each and every one of them can relate to one another due to the disappearance of their respective loved one. The Leftovers left us pretty shaken up thanks to the opening scene for last week's episode. We witnessed the stoning death of Guilty Remnant member Gladys and still don't know why this happened or who did it.
