"Days of Our Lives" Season 52 Episode 130 spoilers implies that Adrienne (Judi Evans) will have a nervous breakdown for her upcoming surgery as she has to undergo necessary surgeries for double mastectomy and reconstruction. Of course, Justin (Wally Kurth), Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) will give her all the emotional support she needed, according to TVBuzer.

The said surgeries will be necessary as Adrienne's chemotherapy shrank the tumor but was insufficient. Thus, doctors decided to have her undergo a double mastectomy to have the best outcome.

Once done, Adrienne will regain her health and recover successfully. But her healthy state will bring her back once more to the life she has put on hold. Due to her cancer diagnosis, she has not decided to whom she wants to be with. A tough decision of choosing between two incredible guys will absolutely hurt one of the other.

It was obvious that Justin (Wally Kurth) has been anxious lately. He has been keen to every opportunity of spending time with Adrienne. His moves might have been successful as he and Adrienne shared a passionate kiss at one point. However, the dilemma is that Adrienne cares for his rival, Lucas. Adrienne almost married Lucas if not for her cancer diagnosis, according to Soap Hub.

But many argued that it is obvious as to whom will Adrienne end up with. Based on recent events and writing, Adrienne will end up with Justin. It would come as a shock for many if she will choose Lucas over him unless "Days of Our Lives" producers would like to ruin the show.

"Days of Our Lives" portrayed Adrienne and Lucas as the 'super couple' but arguably, Justin deserved to be with Adrienne. What is more obvious is that recent episodes have shown that Anne (Meredith Scott Lyn) has become more interested with Lucas. If Lucas did end up heartbroken, Anne is there to cheer him up.
