He reportedly passed away from respiratory failure on June 28 at his home in Beverly Hills, leaving his family and the comedy world stunned and saddened. Late night TV talk show host Jimmy Fallon has been hospitalized this week after sustaining an injury to his hand. Reports aren't sure what happened to the comedian's hand, but there is evidence on Instagram that the NBC host was out partying with some fans in New York City the night before.
