7 Days Of Funk, the supergroup composed of Dam-Funk and Snoop Dogg Lion Zilla, made their live debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and it was as awesome as you could imagine. Snoop is always at his best over laid-back G-funk compositions (sorry, "Sexual Eruption") and Dam-Funk has that in spades. As I mentioned yesterday, the YouTube Music Awards had a chance to be something truly unique, nominating viral/innovative artists that wouldn't see recognition from stody institutions like the Grammys. They could've carved out their own niche by giving awards to artists who have truly made use of the video-hosting site's potential and being the first true Internet awards show.
