Michiel Huisman of "Nashville" and "Treme" fame has just been cast in the fourth season of HBO's hit series "Game of Thrones." What stands out about this casting news is that he is replacing Ed Skrein in the role of Daario Naharis. This isn't the first time a "Game of Thrones" actor has been replaced by another incoming actor, but the role is pretty significant in the storyline so it will be interesting to find out why Skrein had to be replaced. Channel 4's documentary special "Crazy About One Direction" was a pretty big controversy this summer. The segment showcased the more unique fans of the biggest boy band in the world; the ones who openly talk about suicide, threatening and stalking. Another portion of the special talked about the fan fiction stories about the boys. A new biopic film project is in the works and it will focus on none other than the "godfather of soul" himself, James Brown. Director Tate Taylor (The Help) will direct the film, which was recently (and appropriately) titled Get On Up. Chadwick Boseman, the breakout star of this year's 42, had been cast in the leading role of the film, taking on the late James Brown's first portrayal on the big screen. Read More »

Back in 2010, British singer-songwriter Archy Marshall released a single entitled "Out Getting Ribs" under his previous moniker, Zoo Kid. Catching attention mainly through blogs and word-of-mouth, Marshall soon had a career and a following. He was 16 at the time. Now 19 years old, Marshall has since changed his name to King Krule (inspired by King K. Rool from the video game "Donkey Kong Country"), has one self-titled EP under his belt and just released his debut album "6 Feet Beneath the Moon."
