Hulk Hogan is refiling a $100 million lawsuit against gossip site Gawker for posting the sex tape with Heather Clem online, according to TMZ. In October 2012, the Hulk filed a lawsuit, but eventually dismissed the suit in federal court last month in order to refile in Florida state. The former wrestler is also suing his adult film co-star, Celm in order to consolidate his claims with both parties.
