Evidence against Oscar Pistorius in the murder case of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp has been overwhelming over the last few days, including claims of “roid rage,” jealousy and even the discovery of a bloody cricket bat. The 26-year-old Paralympic medalist has been charged in the homicide, but there are now claims that Pistorius even attacked Steenkamp with a cricket bat before shooting her 4 times though his bathroom door. Alec Baldwin has had yet another run in with the paparazzi and this time went as far as to verbally assault reporter Tara Palmeri, saying he hopes she "chokes to death" after she asked the 54-year-old actor about his wife's lawsuit. Baldwin's yoga teacher wife, 28-year-old Hilaria Thomas, is currently being sued for "negligence" during one of her classes. Clearly not a fan of paparazzi and gossip publications such as the New York Post, Baldwin took offense from Palmeri's questioning yesterday morning and began a verbal tirade against her and her photographer. After grabbing Palemeri's arm and saying into her ear "I want you to choke to death," Baldwin turned against the photographer, retired NYPD detective G.N. Miller, calling him a "coon" and "drug dealer." Only what the actor said to Palmeri was caught on tape by the reporter and Baldwin denies Miller's allegations responding to the report stating, "That's one of the most outrageous things I've heard in my life.'' Just last week, rapper Lil Wayne sent out a heated tweet claiming that he'd just been ejected from a Heat vs. L.A. Lakers game in Miami for allegedly "supporting his team." But Weezy's beef with the NBA didn't end there - at a recent All-Star Weekend party in Houston, Lil Wayne took to the stage to slam the Miami Heat even more, yelling to the crowd, "F#ck the NBA! Sarah Michelle Gellar is coming back to television in the CBS workplace comedy "Crazy Ones" opposite Robin Williams. The former "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" star will be playing Williams' daughter, Sydney Roberts, and the show focuses on the dynamics between the father and daughter. Sydney is the “life and soul” of the ‘Roberts and Roberts Advertising Agency’ in “Crazy Ones,” and she spends her time parenting her father, Simon Roberts, while also trying to become him. During a heated battle on the court between the California Golden Bears and the USC Trojans on Sunday (Feb. 17), Cal head coach Mike Montgomery called an emotional timeout, where he ended up giving star player Allen Crabbe a little shove for motivation... which the popular All-Conference guard wasn't too happy about. Crabbe escaped to the locker room to calm down, and eventually came back out to lead his team to a 76-68 victory over USC. Although Crabbe eventually forgave Coach Montgomery for his rather harsh attempt at "pumping his star player up," the Cal head coach later made an official apology for his actions "overly-emotional and inappropriate" actions. The highly-anticipated season 22 premiere of the "Amazing Race" aired on CBS on Sunday, Feb. 17. Ten pairs of two raced from the Griffith Observatory in L.A. to the beautiful island of Bora Bora, where they had to skydive out of a helicopter and then head to a beach covered in four hundred sandcastles in order to dig up the next clue. 2 days after Reeva Steenkamp was shot and killed by her double amputee Olympian boyfriend, Oscar Pistorius, the 30-year-old model made her reality television debut on the show "Tropika Island of Treasure." The program was filmed in Jamaica last year and was broadcasted this Saturday night in Steenkamp’s homeland of South Africa by the South African Broadcasting Corporation. A video of the broadcast has been made available and features the late model and law school graduate “signing off” from the show and saying she has “no regrets.” Read More »
