Well, because it gathered some of the most iconic celebs (both the performers and the impersonations) together again for one of our favorite SNL sketches of all time. And while Darryl Hammond delighted playing Sean Connery, as he usually does, and Norm MacDonald thrilled us all with his famed Burt Reynolds/Turd Ferguson impression ... it seems that there was supposed to be a little more star power in there. And yes, Kenan Thompson did a wonderful job as famed comedian/alleged rapist Bill Cosby, but it seems he wasn't the first choice to play the role of the good doctor. So, who was supposed to? One time SNL savior Eddie Murphy, who appeared in the NBC studio for the first time in about 30 years – which turned out to be a bit of a letdown. With Celebrity Jeopardy, however, apparently Murphy ultimately decided he did not want to play the Cosby Show star ... according to Norm MacDonald's Twitter account. Read More »
