Around 4:30 am on Wednesday morning in the Calabasas, California, private neighborhood where pop singer Justin Bieber lives, police spotted the 19-year-old's white Ferrari ignore a stop sign and pulled it over. Bieber was driving the car (this time), but was not supposed to be due to having an out of state license.
