It’s probably safe to say that John Mayer LOVES social media, right? Aside from being an avid Twitter user, the former boyfriend of both Taylor Swift and Katy Perry has an uber interesting Instagram account, having recently posted a photo of himself channeling Jeff Bridge’s wonderfully interesting character in The Big Lebowski – yes, The Dude – as well as some support for NBC’s recently aired Peter Pan Live! special starring Girls lead (and daughter of NBC Nightly News host Brian Williams), Allison Williams. If you filled your evening with some CONAN last night then you met easily one of the top sketches of the week: Christopher Walken calling in DURING his performance as Captain James Hook on NBC’s special, Peter Pan Live. It seems that while Allison Williams was off playing the role of a boy who never wanted to grow up, Walken was apparently delirious, having no clue as to where he was and why he was there. Are you ready to fly? NBC is premiering its highly anticipated live stage musical "Peter Pan Live!" tonight on TV and streaming online, and we couldn't be more excited for our trip to Neverland. Allison Williams will take to the sky as the "Girls" actress takes on the role of the boy who never grew up, while Christopher Walken will strap on a hook, as he gears up to play the villainous Captain Hook. And we aren't ashamed to admit that we will be tuning in to the broadcast for pure enjoyment and for a flashback into our childhood. While we are watching for fun, we are sure that there are people out there who are going to watch the production just to critique it, which was one of the reasons viewers tuned in to "The Sound of Music" last year. But we are sure that at least a few of the 22 million people who tuned in to see Carrie Underwood take on the lead role last year enjoyed her singing and acting. Read More »

NBC's Peter Pan Live will air on December 4, 2014, with Christopher Walken playing Captain Hook, but the highly anticipated musical just cast the lead as well: Allison Williams!
