While speaking at a reception for the Irish Prime minister, Vice President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, told a joke: "Lubricated has a different meaning." The Irish Prime Minister, Enda Kenny, seemed to enjoy the joke enough, saying that Biden "seems to have an inexhaustible supply of Irish sayings." Of course, hearing such a joke has stirred up a little controversy, but it seems like people are not taking it to seriously. All in all, it was just an attempt to get a chuckle and it worked. Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis is looking at five years in prison after being convicted of three counts of false imprisonment as well as one count of assault. Francis was also convicted of dissuading a witness from reporting. Unfortunately for him, the women involved went to police, which led to this conviction about two years later. The soft-core pornography mogul could be sentenced to five yeas in jail for his crimes and is currently awaiting his sentencing hearing, which is set for tomorrow. Read More »

The former President of the United States of America could not get Led Zeppelin to reunite for the recent Sandy relief concert. Amanda Bynes has been keeping us all entertained and even concerned this year and it looks like we might finally have an answer for all of her strange behavior. It turns out Amanda is reportedly modeling her new look off of famous stripper and hip hop music video starlet Blac Chyna. Apparently, Amanda's number one crush, Drake, rapped about Blac Chyna in his song "Miss Me" and she is even married one of his crewmembers, Tyga. Is this Amanda's plea for attention from Drake? "American Idol" season 11 champion Phillip Phillips seems to be having some more medical issues. Thanks to an announcement from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Twitter post by Phillips himself, we now know that his college tour has been postponed "due to doctor's orders." In the past, Phillips suffered from kidney stones and almost had to leave the singing competition last year. He is currently the reigning champion of the popular series. Last week, NBA player Jason Collins came out as gay, making him the first active male player in a major American professional sport to do so. In a special 90-minute interview last night on "Oprah's Next Chapter," Collins had the chance to talk with the television mogul about his decision to come out, his career, and his family. Ryan Gosling has teamed up again with director Nicolas Winding Refn for their follow-up to Drive. Just like 2011's dark and gory action drama, the two are set to bring you the next chapter in their partnership with Only God Forgives this year. This time, the violence is the main focus of the film, with Gosling living in Thailand and taking part in Muay Thai boxing and shady business. The film's tagline is "Time to meet the Devil," so do with that what you will. So far we have only seen some intense trailers, but today we get to see a quick behind-the-scenes clip of Gosling and Refn discussing the violence. Read More »
Prince Harry apparently cannot wait to be an uncle. In fact, he has reportedly been gushing about the new heir, saying that the baby will in fact be a boy! Of course the Duke and the over 6-months pregnant Duchess of Cambridge have been extremely tight-lipped about the gender of the future heir to the thrown, so perhaps this news about Harry is just a rumor. It would however be a strange twist considering other rumors from earlier this year suggested that the royal baby due in July was a girl. Justin Timberlake has just announced the concert dates fro his upcoming tour, "20/20 Experience World Tour." This Live Nation tour will be Justin's first in six years and will start on October 31, 2013, at the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec. The tour will conclude in February of 2014 in Omaha, Nebraska. Timberlake has timed this tour with the release of his recently announced album The 20/20 Experience Part 2, which is out on September 30. Over the weekend, Keira Knightley married musician James Righton in a 10-minute ceremony in the south of France. The wedding was reportedly conducted in French by the town's mayor Aime Navello and translated into English by an official. As the face of Coco Mademoiselle and her recent performance in the Karl Lagerfeld short film Once Upon a Time, many were focused on what she would wear to her wedding. During her performance of The Audience over the weekend, Helen Mirren left the stage and walked out of London's Gielgud Theatre and yelled at some noisy street performers. This noisy interruption was actually a performance to promote the "As One in the Park" festival for gay and transgender people, which is due to take place later this month. Unfortunately they were too loud and interrupted the play, so Mirren, dressed as Queen Elizabeth II, used some pretty harsh language to quiet them down. Read More »
Last night's episode of Saturday Night Live had plenty of laughs, music and guest stars. Zach Galifianakis was back to host for a third time and musical guest Of Monsters and Men made their first appearance on the long-running comedy show. This week the jokes were mainly about gun control, prejudice and there was even a Michael Jordan wedding sketch. The stand out sketches however were the ones that played to Galifiankis' talents as an awkward comic. Plus we got to see Jon Hamm, Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones). Read More »
Today we get to witness yet another clash between Premier League powerhouses Manchester United and Chelsea FC. Managers Alex Furguson and Rafael Benitez are both taking this match incredibly seriously despite the results having little affect on league standings. Manchester United have secured the league title, but a matchup between these two teams is always important for the managers, players, and fans.
