After Morrissey decided to cancel his appearance on last night's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" due to show's other guests, cast members of "Duck Dynasty," Kimmel took the opportunity to mock the "Moz" and vegetarianism in general with a special video segment. In the clip from last night's show, the duck hunters from "Duck Dynasty acted out a fake clip from their reality show but with vegetables instead of birds. This of course was funny and a good jab at the melodramatic Morrissey, but the clip was also somewhat of a general attack at the vegetarian lifestyle as well. On February 14, 2013, Olympic track star Oscar Pistorius (aka "Blade Runner") shot and killed his stunning South African model girlfriend, 29-year-old Reeva Steenkamp. Although 26-year-old Pistorius insists that the tragic Valentine's Day shooting was an accident, he currently faces charges of premeditated murder. On Monday (Feb. 25), the National Enquirer posted a rather shady report alleging that the couple had gotten into a heated argument the night before the shooting - over the fact that Steenkamp was "cheating" on Pistorius with one of her close friends. She then announced that she was pregnant and that shocking news is what sparked the deadly shooting the following morning. A family spokesperson for Steenkamp recently denied such morbid baby rumors, releasing a statement claiming that if the young beauty had been with-child, it would have been revealed during the post mortem autopsy. Oreos are made up of two cookies held together by creme. We all know this. But what if you only wanted to cookie part without the creme? Luckily, physicist David Neevel of Portland, Oregon, took it upon himself to create a contraption that takes the creme out of the equation: the Orea Seperator Machine (OSM). In this video [provided below] featured on Oreo's YouTube page, Neevel explains the process and reasoning behind his contraption. This physicist admits that he is not a crème fan, which lead him to wanting to build this Rube Goldberg-type robotic system. Reports confirm that 35-year-old Floridian Gregory Dale Lanier was unintentionally shot in the leg by his own furry, four-legged companion during a casual drive in his truck over the weekend. Apparently, Lanier's pet dog accidently kicked his owner's loaded .380 pistol (which Lanier initially thought was empty) onto the vehicle's floor, firing off a gunshot into his leg. Following the shocking incident, police ultimately ruled the shooting accidental and did not end up arresting the dumbfounded pup (or his owner). Read More »

Justine Betti, a sophomore at Linden High School in California, managed to videotape her gym teacher stealing from students’ back packs. After students complained of money gone missing, Betti took it upon herself to stake out the locker room by hiding in one of the lockers and then eventually used camera phones to document the crime. Reports confirm that Nevada police have named 22-year-old Tineesha Lashun Howard as a "person of interest" in the tragic Las Vegas drive-by shooting and violent car crash that killed aspiring rapper Kenny Clutch on Thursday (Feb. 21). Pope Benedict XVI is officially resigning tomorrow, Thursday, February 28, and made his final public general address earlier today, which referenced “difficult moments” that surprised the world. The soon-to-be name Emeritus Pope had a relatively reserved papacy, attempting to keep the controversies of the Church quiet and private. But today’s speech saw a resigning Pope finally addressing the issues and thanking his followers for sticking with him throughout. "To love the church means also to have the courage to take difficult, painful decisions, always keeping the good of the church in mind, not oneself," Benedict said to a crowd of around 150,000.
