With 2014 winding down, we can't wait to look forward to 2015, especially when it comes to new video games hitting shelves in the new year. Though we had a wild ride with this year's releases, including Destiny, Titanfall, Dark Souls 2, and more, we are way too excited for what's to come next year. We can also expect some great Beta gameplay for these new titles in 2015, but we can't wait for the main releases on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. We recently found out that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt received a release date delay, pushing it back to May 19, 2015. This news comes after basically an entire year of video games getting release delays, with the same reasoning - which gamers have accepted and appreciate. This week, Witcher developers CD Projekt RED answered questions about why Wild Hunt was pushed back; explaining that it was to polish the gameplay and make sure that no bugs existed upon release. While we're all patiently waiting for the second half of AMC's The Walking Dead season five, with new episodes in 2015 that will surely answer plenty of questions about the series, one of the show's stars, Norman Reedus, took part in an "Ask Me Anything" discussion on Reddit this week. Lords of the Fallen, which was released on Halloween of 2014, is officially getting a sequel sometime in the near future according to the game's creator, Tomasz Gop. While the announcement is pretty great for those that enjoyed the game that has been compared to Dark Souls and Demon Souls, we don't have much more information about any updates or what to expect from the story.
