Fans of the Street Fighter video game franchise are sure to enjoy the great new gameplay footage of the upcoming PlayStation 4 title, Street Fighter V. This isn't a trailer for the game, though - it's over 6 minutes of action featuring Ryu and Chun Li going at it and not holding back. One of the biggest pieces of news coming out of Sony's 2014 PlayStation Experience keynote happened to be what wasn't said during a day of great gaming announcements. We didn't get an update on the ever in-development The Last Guardian. Gamers have been dying to get to see more of this game, but all we have for you is an update from creator Fumito Ueda - and it's actually a very promising bit of information. Just this past weekend, Sony's PlayStation Experience keynote took place, with a bunch of great announcements, but we'd like to focus on Until Dawn. This new episodic, horror survival title is a PS4 Exclusive video game that is sure to really embrace the technology advancements for Next-Gen console gaming. Basically set in a cheesy '80s horror movie, the gameplay in Until Dawn is definitely going to top a bunch of 2015 gaming lists. Developers Steel Wool Games and Ripstone publishing have announced the release of their super-fly platform game, "Flyhunter Origins." The platform-adventure game has landed on the PS Vita, Mac & PC via Steam. Read More »
Known as a legend and a recognized father to the gaming industry, Ralph H. Baer, the creator of the original home gaming console, passed away at the age of 92. Inventor of Pong, Simon, and the Magnovox Odyssey, Barer took the industry by storm and his contributions can still be seen today. Read More »
This week we were treated to brand new footage of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in the form of a great gameplay trailer. Unfortunately, this new video comes along with some bad news for gamers: this game's 2015 release date has been pushed back -again. Instead of a February shelf date, you can get your hands on the highly anticipated CD Projekt Red video game on May 19. During the 2014 Game Awards over the weekend in Las Vegas, Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima might have leaked the release date of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. What started off as a great announcement of the online multiplayer inclusion in the upcoming 2015 game, ended up started quite the reaction online about an early summer release of the title. This weekend marked the 2014 PlayStation Experience, which debuted and announced plenty of great Sony entertainment gaming features, including 15 minutes of gameplay from the 2015 Naughty Dog title Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. Christopher Nolan blew audiences and critics away with his 2014 sci-fi epic film, Interstellar. Now new rumors that popped up this week might have revealed his next big project: Ready Player One. This is a film about a young gamer in the 1980s that discovers a treasure hunt in a virtual reality world. Does this sound like Nolan's type of movie project?
