Just a few days ago, CONAN writer Andres du Bouchet took to his oh, so hilarious Twitter account to let the world know just what he thought of the state of comedy in 2015. During the rant, he seemed to offend Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon's newest Spike, LL Cool J-hosted series Lip Sync Battle –– a show in which celebs battle it out for the title of Best Lip Sync-er...or something like that. Anyway, while the world thought the remarks were rather humorous – especially when he tweeted you could "shove your lip-syncing up you're a**" – apparently not everyone thought it was the most professional thing to do. 4/20 is here, folks! And to celebrate the oh, so hazy holiday of pot-smoking, we here at MStars News thought it best to count down the top five celebrity stoners that Hollywood has to offer. Naturally, the land-o-celebs is filled with a large number of people who smoke marijuana, but there are a select few (okay, maybe more) who actually seem to really publicize the ... hobby? On February 10, comedian Jon Stewart announced that he was leaving The Daily Show after an amazing 17-year run. Following the announcement, many were wondering just why in the hell he would leave the Comedy Central vehicle, especially when it appeared that his reign as top political satirist never faltered. But now, in a new interview, the comedian admits why he's leaving the show. Mainly, he just doesn't get the same satisfaction from the show. Not everyone appears to be enjoying Jimmy Fallon’s newfound smash television show Lip Sync Battle, which pairs two celebrities against one another in an “epic” battle of lip syncing –– pretty much exactly what the title calls for. Whether we're talking about important news topics like that unplanned (and apparently unwanted) kiss between Madonna and Drake, or more buzzworthy yet petty stories like Tax Day 2015 (don't worry; we won't make you re-live it) and the fact that Hillary Clinton has officially announced her Presidential campaign – wait a minute, did we get those reversed? – one thing is certain: this week was pretty heavy. If you're one of the many, many viewers of NBC's Today then you probably know exactly what Jon Stewart is talking about in the below video. The Daily Show host recently slammed the "news" program for kicking off a recent episode by showing viewers the horrific murder of South Carolina Resident Walter Scott, who was gunned down by Officer Michael Slager in footage released last week by the New York Times, right as the show kicked off. Of course, the center of Stewart's slam was the fact that 24-hour news outlets are showing these murder videos on a non-stop loop, which takes away from the impact they actually make on society. Looks like John Mayer has a new relationship... with a mailbox. Yep, that's right. While we're all wondering just what the heck is going on with Mayer and his on-again, off-again girlfriend/lover Katy Perry, the musician took some time to post a new photo to his Instagram account, which basically notes that there's someone new. Or, it was just done because it's random and (kind of) funny. "This could be us but ur not a mailbox," Mayer captions a photo on his account. David Letterman is winding down his legendary position as the Late Show host. Before handing the torch over to Stephen Colbert, Letterman is having a slew of A-list guests on the final episodes of his program. One such name will be the Dave Matthews Band. And now only will DMB be performing on the show, they will also reportedly perform a 45-minute set on what’s called Legends on Letterman. The mini-concert will air the day before their Late Show appearance, which is Friday, May 8. It's perhaps the most talked about ending to a television series ... ever. Back in 2007, HBO's The Sopranos aired its final episode and left many wondering one thing for so long: "What the hell!?" For years, whether you loved or hated the ending, people have been clamoring for an explanation from the show's creator David Chase. And now, they've got it. The writer-director recently spoke with DGA Quarterly, which is the Director's Guild magazine, and he happily (maybe?) analyzed the famed James Gandolfini ending ... which may or may not have been a death scene. Comedian Ricky Gervais is an all out animal rights activist. Therefore, it's no surprise to hear that he had some problems when he stumbled across a photo of hunter Rebecca Francis smiling next to a dying giraffe. In fact, he was so broken up over it that the Office, Extras and Derek star-creator took to his Facebook and Twitter to immediately reprimand her and call her out for the act. "What must've happened to you in your life to make you want to kill a beautiful animal & then lie next to it smiling?" It's a pretty well known speculation that NBC journalists Tom Brokaw and Brian Williams aren't too fond of each other – or so it seems from things other people have said – but now it looks like they've officially got a "tricky" relationship. Of course, that's what Brokaw seemed to infer when talking about his Nightly News successor... who was recently suspended after lying about some gunfire he underwent while on a helicopter in Iraq. Well, it's tax day, folks. And what that means is we're either giving out some monies to the government, getting some of our monies back from Big Brother, or just not doing anything.
