It only took 40 years but China is finally making their own version of Lorne Michaels famed Saturday Night Live. In partnership with Sohu.com Inc., Michaels’ Broadway Video Entertainment will grab a lineup of Chinese comedians and put together a live music and sketch comedy series, replicating the one that has been housed at 11:30 p.m. on NBC since 1975. A very, very bearded Stephen Colbert recently stepped back in front of the camera for a small interview with America magazine's Editor-at-Large Father James Martin to discuss Catholicism. It's the first time we've seen the once upon a time Colbert Report host since he ended his show, and we've got to say: we dig the new look. Colbert's appearance has been talked about for a little while, as he was first spotted out with the beard some time ago.
