Earlier this year, producers announced some new characters that would be appearing in the fourth season of HBO's hit fantasy series Game of Thrones, and fans were probably most excited about the addition of Prince Oberyn Martell. Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger are showing no signs of slowing down despite their old age. The two recently starred in The Expendables series and reunited for 2013's action thriller Escape Plan. Stallone stars as structural engineer who "breaks out of prison for a living." When he is wrongfully imprisoned in a facility that he designed, he teams up with Schwarzenegger to escape. "You have a choice," Schwarzenegger tells Stallone in the first trailer for the film. The first single off of Nine Inch Nails' 2013 return album, Hesitation Marks, has just received a music video directed by visionary filmmaker David Lynch. This "Came Back Haunted" music video definitely fits in with most of the past NIN videos that we have come to know and enjoy. Frontman Trent Reznor is periodically featured throughout this video, along with a wide variety of disturbing images flashing across your screen. The Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special does not air until November 23, 2013, but filming has apparently wrapped and now we are just patiently waiting for the promotion to start. Luckily for us Whovians, a trailer has been making the rounds this week, featuring some tantalizing teasers for the November special. It features current Doctor Matt Smith greeting former Doctor David Tennant before cutting to a few shots of John Hurt and other Doctor Who clips. Yesterday, Daily Mail writer George Stark posted an article entitled "Alec Baldwin's pregnant wife Hilaria TWEETS about Rachael Ray and anniversary gifts during James Gandolfini's funeral," and Alec Baldwin did not appreciate it (to say the least). The "30 Rock" star is known for his short temper, especially on Twitter, so it comes as no surprise that Baldwin retaliated against Stark through the social media network. 55-year-old Alec began a tirade of insults and threats aimed at Stark throughout the day, eventually leading to the deletion of his @ABFalecbaldwin account. Prince William and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, have been very open about their anticipation over their first child together, so with the birth of the future heir to the throne only weeks away it makes sense for that excitement to be mounting with each day. Though the actual due date for Kate and Williams' baby has yet to be officially announced (mid-July is the best bet), sources have revealed that the Royal couple is anxiously awaiting the arrival of their first child. With Kate set to deliver her child within weeks, it looks like the Royal family is sparing no costs in order to prepare the new home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Back on June 3, 2013, Taylor Swift joined Mick Jagger and the rest of the Rolling Stones on stage during their "50 and Counting" tour for a duet performance of "As Tears Go By." In recent interviews, the 23-year-old songstress revealed that singing with Jagger at the Stones' Chicago concert was one of the best moments of her life and that she was extremely star struck by Jagger and his band. The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer also revealed that both she and Jagger forgot some of the lyrics to "As Tears Go By" and simply laughed it off in front of the crowd. Over the weekend, singer and "X-Factor" judge Demi Lovato suffered a major loss when her father, Patrick, passed away. The 20-year-old pop star was estranged from her late father, but has been taking some time to mourn her loss. She took to Twitter to thank fans for support and explain the situation a little further. Demi also appeared on ABC News to announce a new project that she says was influenced by her father's death. Lovato is starting a mental illness scholarship called "The Lovato Treatment Scholarship Program," which will help those in need of treatment. Read More »
Yesterday we got to see some photos of Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik in a Maryland tattoo parlor, waiting to get inked. Band member Liam Payne was also there, but did not get any body art. The tattoo artist posted these photos, which showed one of Louis' new tats: an infinity rope. It turns out he might have gotten a few more tats while he was there, too! We did not get to see Zayn's new body art until today when TMZ posted some exclusive photos of the new ink. It looks like Malik is really into his girlfriend Perrie Edwards considering his new upper-arm tattoo is the mirror image of the Little Mix singer! Read More »
