Reports confirm that recently-single One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles celebrated his 19th birthday on Thursday evening with none-other-than ex-girlfriend Caroline Flack. Now that Taylor Swift is totally out of the picture (with rumors swirling that neither star "wants anything to do with each other" ever again), Styles appears to be enjoying the single life. A bunch of pals partied with the 1D crooner at the popular London nightclub Groucho to ring in his b-day... and 33-year-old Flack was one of the revelers among the crowd. Tim McGraw, famed country music star and accomplished actor, recently opened up about his sobriety and how it has helped his marriage to fellow country music star Faith Hill. News of McGraw's apparent drinking problem came as a shocking development in an otherwise picture-perfect relationship with Hill. McGraw started his sobriety in 2008, saying it affected his relationship with his wife and their 3 daughters, Gracie, Maggie, and Audrey. A self-described whisky man, McGraw would worry family and friends with the amount of alcohol he would consume. There have been reports of Hills mounting embarrassment with her husband's drinking. Once he realized the strain that alcohol had on his life, Tim decided to quit. A truck transporting fireworks intended for the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration in China exploded this morning, destroying a portion of an elevated highway and dropping vehicles nearly 100 feet to the ground. Earlier reports suggested that the explosion resulted in 26 deaths but have since been retracted. As of now, at least 13 people have been injured and around 9 people have died as a result of the fireworks disaster. These confirmed reports come from the Xinhua News Agency, which also states that 4 of the injured victims are in critical condition. Elton, an American Bulldog/Pitt Bull mixed breed dog, was saved from euthanasia Yesterday in Tennessee after his owner turned him over to the shelter for being "gay." A Facebook campain on the Jackson Rabies Control Animal Center's page was quickly put into and, after two days, saved Elton from certain death. Upon hearing about this "gay dog on death row" through the campaign going viral, veterinary technician Stephanie Fryns stepped into the story and rescued the dog, then naming him Elton.
